Russian Business Visa Invitation Questionnaire

Please fill in the questionnaire below completely for every visa applicant. After your invitation has been issued, we will contact you regarding delivery of the original to you. Please note that postal costs are an additional charge (usually between $5 and $60 depending on speed of delivery). In some cases, the invitation can be sent by telex to the Russian Consulate where you will pick it up. If this is the case, we will let you know.

Due to licensing issues, Best Hotels Europe does not handle Russian visa support to citizens of the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bosnia, Chad, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Nigeria, N. Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sri-Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.
