Payment options

After submitting your electronic reservation form or electronic payment form for other services, you will be provided with the option to make payment via our website as well as given the payment options listed below.

Our site is 100% secure. We use SSL Secure Server Encryption to make sure that your credit card data is safe when making payment.

If credit card guarantee is accepted

For some hotels in our system, prepayment is not necessary and only a credit card guarantee is accepted. For these hotels on booking you will be asked to enter in your credit card information. Your card will not be charged unless you decide to cancel your reservation in violation of the cancellation terms of the hotel or if you fail to arrive at the hotel. At that time, your card will be charged in accordance with the particular hotel’s cancellation policy. Otherwise, the total amount for your stay will be due on arrival at the hotel.

To pay for credit cards by telephone

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard through our website and Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Union Card, Diners Club and American Express by telephone or fax. Please be aware that bills paid with American Express and Diners Club cards will be charged a 5% transaction fee.

To pay by credit card over the telephone, please call +7 812 570 6342. Between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM St. Petersburg time (GMT+3hours)

When you call, please supply us with the following details:

Card number
Card holder's name as it appears on the card
Card expiry date
Card billing address
Card holder's passport number
ID code (for Visa and Mastercard, the last 3 digits of the code on the signature field on back of card, for American

Express the 4 digit code on front of the card above the end of the card number)

Your credit card information is strictly confidential. All of your personal information is stored in our off-line database and is only accessed for the purposes of future online reservations.
