The 17 storey building of the hotel is located on the seaside, 25 km from the center of Sochi, close to Dagomys settlement. The hotel opened its doors in August of 1976. Owing to the unique climate of the Black Sea coast and modern medical equipment at the hotel, it is open all year round. The hotel has a huge advantage - it is a health resort that it is isolated from city noise. The territory of the hotel is really huge, and one of its biggest parts is owned by a Botanic garden of Kuban. This is a real museum of plants, some of them are really rare.
