The building was constructed specially for the Big Theatre great dancers and singers. That\'s why it has thick walls and floors, stopping all noise. Even more attention has been given to providing safety. Security guards complete coded locks and cameras, though they are not necessary at all at this very prestige and safe area.
The house is separated from the busy Garden Ring, as it stands in the nice courtyard. Just next to it there is luxury "Smolensky Passage" shopping center. Across the Garden Ring starts famous pedestrian Arbat Street, full with artists and souvenir shops. In walking distance there are The Europe Square and Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel, where various exhibitions and conferences are held.
As for dining out - there could be only one problem, the problem of choice, because there are plenty of popular restaurants in this area. So maybe you want to cook yourself – this recently renovated apartment has fully equipped kitchen.

Smolenskaya area of Central Moscow
This apartment is located in a very well-known area of Moscow called Smolenskaya. The area is home to Old Arbat which leads to the Kremlin. Old Arbat is a pedestrian street full of small shops, cafes, theaters and home to a well known, high quality souvenir market. The area is also right on the Ring Road - Sadovaya street. Both sides of the street are full of businesses and restaurants including Impex Bank, the Golden Ring Hotel, El Patio pizza, Planet of Sushi, different coffee shops McCafe, Coffee House and more. Smolenskaya also is right by Kutuzovsky Prospect, one of Moscow´s most famous thoroughfares. This area is situated just west of the Kremlin. Red Square is within walking distance. When walking towards the Kremlin, you will pass many ancient monuments, theatres and other culturally interesting spots.
