A comfortable one-bedroom apartment well suited for a small family or a group visiting Moscow.
This apartment offers guests high standards in an excellent location at a reasonable nightly rate. The apartment is situated on a 3rd floor of an old historical building (without an elevator). The apartment faces the courtyard and very quiet.
The bedroom has a king size bed, the living area has fold-out sofa, a dining table with chairs. The entrance hall has a pull-out sofa as well, so this apartment would be suitable for a family.

Nikitskaya area of Central Moscow
The area where your apartment is situated is very calm and safe, yet within walking distance from all the action that Moscow has to offer. Nikitskaya street will lead you right to the Kremlin and the road is also conveniently located between the two main streets of Moscow, Tverskaya and Novy Arbat. The region is full of cafes, shops, theatres, casinos, museums, you name it. Moreover, if you want to leave for some other parts of Moscow, there are four metro stations not far away (Tverskaya, Pushkinskaya, Chekovskaya and Barrikadnaya). The area is great for just relaxing as well - you can take a short walk to Patriarshy Pond to have a picnic in the summer time, or go ice-skating in the winter. Or, you can walk along the famous Boulevard Ring which goes around Moscow city center. The location is really one of the best that Moscow has to offer!
Pushkinskaya/ Tverskaya/ Chekhovskaya area of Central Moscow
This area is right by the main street of Moscow- Tverskaya. As you will notice, this street is constantly bustling with life as its top notch restaurants, brand shops, clubs, cafés and many other attractions literally magnetize people. Just to mention a few of these places, not far from Pushkin square you will find Café Pushkin and Night Flight. Café Pushkin with its 19-th century atmosphere is the queen mother of Russian and French cuisine. Night Flight, on the other hand, is a modern restaurant/night club that successfully competes with world top rank restaurants and is therefore frequented by the posh upper class of Moscow. Right across the street from Night Flight you can enter a supermarket unlike any other in the world. The shop, or more accurately, the palace stocked with high-quality groceries is called Yeliseyev.

| Apartment is perfect for a family or small group of 1 to 6 persons. This quiet apartment is well appointed and functional, with good quality and modern furnishings to ensure a pleasant stay in a comfortable, quality environment in the very center of historical Moscow. Close to metro stations: Arbatskaya, Tverskaya and Pushkinskaya.
The famous Big Assention Cathedral, 17th century church of Fedor Studit, Tverskaya Street with all of her night clubs and casinos, Arbat area.
