This attractive, 3-room apartment is designed and built by an American Architect. The apartment is located in the heart of the action on same block as the Nevsky Palace Hotel and the Radisson Hotel, the metro station is just one block away from this apartment. The courtyard is very quiet, and the apartment is secured with an impenetrable door. The apartment is just right for accommodating up to four people with its 2 full-size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen, the apartment also comes with amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen comes with leather divans, a dinette set and maple kitchen cabinetry, a granite counter top and is equipped with a gas/electric combo oven dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, juicer, coffee maker, tea pot, steamer, toaster, blender and top-quality cooking utensils. The apartment is fully ventilated and NON-SMOKING, and features heated floors in the bathrooms for ultimate comfort. The master bathroom has a double shower "His and Hers", and there is a water heater in the apartment in case of hot-water supply failure. The LCD television and free high-speed Internet are here for your pleasure and convenience. Indulge yourself in this luxury accommodation to unwind and relax at the end of your busy day of business meetings or sightseeing. This area is the heart of the city with Nevsky Prospect, St. Petersburg´s main thoroughfare running nearby. The main railroad station – Moskovsky Station - is located in this area, so it is a very convenient place to stay in for travellers. The area is short walking distance from many of the city’s major attractions: the Hermitage Museum, the Russian Museum, the Cathedral of Our Lady of Kazan, as well as many others. There are many interesting architectural sites in this area. Take a walk and have a look at the various facades of many of the old buildings that date back to the XIXth century. Many of the city’s businesses are located in this area as are numerous restaurants and stores. If you are in the city during the White Nights season, between mid May and mid August, do not miss a chance to stroll along the embankment and watch the bridges across the Neva rise. It is really a spectacular site that you will never forget.

Adjacent to this Exquisite Super Market is one of the biggest Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Bazaar´s in the entire city. You will not go hungry! Just seeing the vibrant buzzing place is fun in itself! Wait till you see the Variety! Amazing!!!! Free Samples Galore!
