This is a beautiful and comfortable apartment right in the center of Moscow near all of the sites and the main business district. The apartment is a very spacious 3 room consisting of 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Most windows face Sadovaya Ring. In the first bedroom there is a wide queen size bed that sleeps 2, a wardrobe, and commode with mirror. In the second bedroom, there is a bed that sleeps 2 and wardrobe. There is a TV with a satellite connection, a pull-out leather sofa that sleeps 2, a wardrobe and table with chairs in the living room. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen which faces a courtyard has everything you might need to cook a full meal and feel completely at home - a kettle, a fridge, pots and pans and other conveniences. The bathroom contains a washing machine, shower and a bath tub. The apartment is beautifully decorated and includes a classic interior with paintings on the wall. Smolenskaya area of Central Moscow
This apartment is located in a very well-known area of Moscow called Smolenskaya. The area is home to Old Arbat which leads to the Kremlin. Old Arbat is a pedestrian street full of small shops, cafes, theaters and home to a well known, high quality souvenir market. The area is also right on the Ring Road - Sadovaya street. Both sides of the street are full of businesses and restaurants including Impex Bank, the Golden Ring Hotel, El Patio pizza, Planet of Sushi, different coffee shops McCafe, Coffee House and more. Smolenskaya also is right by Kutuzovsky Prospect, one of Moscow´s most famous thoroughfares. This area is situated just west of the Kremlin. Red Square is within walking distance. When walking towards the Kremlin, you will pass many ancient monuments, theatres and other culturally interesting spots.

| The nearest metro station to your apartment is Smolenskaya (dark blue lane). Your apartment is located in the well-known area of Old Arbat and right by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – housed one of Moscow’s famous Stalin skyscrapers. The Peruvian, Chilean and Mexican Consulates are all close by giving this area a comfortable, safe and International feel. A special point about the apartment is that you may easy visit one of the branches of the Tretyakov Art Gallery which is situated in courtyard of your building.
Only a 7 minute walk from the apartment is the Zurab Tzereteli Gallery. This is the gallery of one of the most famous, modern Russian sculptors. Close by is also the State Literary Museum of Leo Tolstoi, Gorki park and the Central House of Artists. The apartment is situated in a great location – there is even a Moscow River cruise which operates the entire year, the pier is situated only 15 minute by foot the apartment.
