This one room apartment is convenient for 1 or 2 people who want to be in the center of the city, but still do not want to be disturbed by traffic and noise. The entrance to the building is from a quiet courtyard. One cozy room serves as a bedroom and a living room. The bed sleeps 2 and there is also a couch and an armchair to relax in. The kitchen is attached to the living room in studio fashion. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, an electric tea kettle, a refrigerator, pots, pans and everything else necessary for cooking. The bathroom comes with heated floors, and there is also a washing machine which is convenient for longer stays. As with most City Realty managed serviced apartments, this apartment comes with satellite TV, free high speed internet and other amenities that will make your stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. The apartment is perfect for both vacationers and businessmen thanks to its proximity to Nevsky prospect, one the major tourist attractions, and to its location in one of the main business districts of St Petersburg. |

This area is the heart of the city with Nevsky Prospect, St. Petersburg´s main thoroughfare running nearby. The main railroad station – Moskovsky Station - is located in this area, so it is a very convenient place to stay in for travellers. The area is short walking distance from many of the city’s major attractions: the Hermitage Museum, the Russian Museum, the Cathedral of Our Lady of Kazan, as well as many others. There are many interesting architectural sites in this area. Take a walk and have a look at the various facades of many of the old buildings that date back to the XIXth century. Many of the city’s businesses are located in this area as are numerous restaurants and stores. If you are in the city during the White Nights season, between mid May and mid August, do not miss a chance to stroll along the embankment and watch the bridges across the Neva rise. It is really a spectacular site that you will never forget.

The apartment is located in the city center of Saint Petersburg, just in 5 minutes walking distance from the Mayakovskaya metro station (green line) and in 7 minutes´ walk from the Moskovsky Train station and the Ploshad Vosstaniya metro station (red line). The main city attractions are all within a few minutes walk from the apartment. There are lots of nice restaurants, coffee shops, Internet cafes and bars in this area. The location of this apartment gives you many opportunities to relax and have fun, as well as to live and travel within the Saint Petersburg city center. |

To avoid having problems when you arrive or being overcharged by unknown drivers, we highly suggest using our airport and train station transfer service. Russian airport and station taxis are unregulated and the drivers ask for rates as high as 50 EURO or more to take newly arrived guests to the city center. Our drivers are polite and drive safely and we offer very good, competitive rates. Our driver will meet you at your arrival point with a signboard and take you directly to your hotel or apartment.
