This one bedroom studio apartment (45 sq.m.) is located on the 9th floor of a modern apartment block equipped with the elevator. Centrally located, just one block away from Lenina Street, this apartment is within walking distance of all the city´s main attractions. The Urals State University, The Opera Theater, The Dam (Plotinka), The Officers House, Zoo etc.

| The apartment has just been renovated and presents like a new one.
The bedroom/living room has a brand new queen size bed with good mattress. Large window, wardrobe, table and chairs, TV, cosmetic table with the mirror are just a few features of this excellent apartment suitable for a single person or a couple. It will become your home away from home in Ekaterinburg. The apartment has a separate kitchen, which has a gas oven, benches, cookery and pottery and the fridge. The apartment has a secure metal door and the block´s entrance is locked at all times (the key is provided to the tennant).
Toilet and shower over the bath have just been replaced and are very clean and well maintained.
The bedroom has wooden painted floorboards with the oriental rug over. The corridor and the kitchen had a brand new parquet looking PVC floor covering.
Large hallway/ corridor in the entrance area is the nice add-on to this excellent apartment.
