Kostyansky Lane near the Chistie Prudy metro station. The building is located in the downtown area of Moscow, near the Boulevard Ring. The place has a great deal of stores, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Sovremennik Theater, one of the most popular in Moscow, is on Chistoprudny Boulevard. Metro Station Chistie Prudy is only a five minute walk. The building is easily accessible from the Boulevard Ring. Condition: walls painted with light colors, wooden parquet floors, tiled bathroom and toilet. The total size of the studio is 35 sq. m. one full bathroom, walk in wardrobe, storage, a good view; apartment is on the eighth floor of a nine floor building, shower cabin. New European renovation in modern style, built-in kitchen, convertible bed, bar-stand. All appliances: air conditioner, fridge, clothes washer, gas stove, electric kettle, microwave; There is an intercom and magnetic key to get in, well lit entrance. the apartment also has cable TV with CNN, BBC, TV5, Eurosport etc. all in their original languages.
