This nice fully furnished apartment faces the yard and is located right in the city centre, 5 minutes away from the Opera Theatre (Lenina - Karla Libknehta crossroad). There are many good restaurants and cafes in the area. The apartment consists of a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bedroom, dining room with kitchenette. The apartment sleeps comfortably up to 3 guests (2 - in a queen-size bed and 1 - in a sofa in a dining room). The 100% privacy is secured by 2 sets of metal doors with intercom. Linen and towels are changed every week.
