The apartment is located in the city´s central area, 15 minutes walk from Nevsky prospect and within reach of the city´s main sites. The apartment is quiet and comfortable, with a good renovation. The bedroom comes with a double bed and a CD player; direct connection to the shower room. The living room adjacent to the kitchenette is spacious and features a pull-out sofa-bed, a TV set and DVD player. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, beverage devices and a gas stove. The shower room is equipped with a hot water boiler, ventilation and a washing machine. There are 3 more apartments in the same building, which are also offered for a short term rental and which makes the apartment an ideal choice for a big family or a large group of guests travelling together.

This area was formerly the haunt of the Russian writer Dostoevsky. His novel Crime and Punishment took place very near the place where you are staying. Walk the twisted, narrow streets of this region to get a feel of the St. Petersburg of the 19th century. You can also enjoy many of the other attractions that this area has to offer such as Nikolsky Cathedral, the Marinsky Theater the embankment of Canal Griboyedovna, or the rivers Moika or Fontanka. St. Isaacs Cathedral is also not far as is Russias main synagogue. This is a truly interesting and unique area of the city.
