Overview
Built in 1876, a most splendid mansion perfectly fits for the four stars Hotel and was reconstructed in the same character in order to preserve the architectural charm of the building.
This building is one of the most rare pergola example in historic architecture of the city. It cherishes history of Pfab nobility and Benjamin wealth in its memories. Sculptor August Folc, stained glass expert A.Kalert and painter Georg Vilhelm Timm were collaborated to beset the building. Press reviews of the late 19th century mentioned that representatives of Trade school went even for excursion to this building – so beautiful and interesting were and still is its interiors.
Directions
If you travel by air take bus N22 or express bus N22a that leave every 20-30 minutes. The way from the airport takes around 30 minutes. Get off at the bus stop 13.janvara street (near Stockman center). Go to the underpass, and then you will see the crossroad of Merkela and Marijas streets. Go along the Merkela street, until you reach the crossing with K.Barona street. Turn right and walk along K.Barona street for about 200 metres. The hotel will be on your right.
