This very cozy and spacious apartment consists of 2 rooms that are semi-detached. If you are looking for a great place to relax and enjoy your time in Moscow – you have found it. Everything is arranged in its own unique style. The apartment has a large living room and bedroom. The living room is very comfortable and includes a soft, pull-out sofa and a truly magnificent view from the balcony. The bedroom is designed in pastel shades. The queen-size bed is very comfortable and will help you relax after a hard days sightseeing or work. The kitchen is attached to the living room in a studio fashion. It is well furnished with everything necessary for preparing meals: electric kettle, refrigerator and many other useful things. Besides a bath, the bathroom has a washing machine which is especially convenient for long stays. As with all other City Realty managed serviced apartments, the apartment comes with satellite TV, free high speed internet, unlimited International landline calls and other amenities that will make your stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible.

Chistie Prudy area of Central Moscow
Chistie Prudy is one of the most important cultural and residential
areas of central Moscow. Many famous actors, designers, government
officials and foreign and local business people live in the area. In
Chistie Prudy there is a unique tram line with a tram restaurant – which
goes in a ring around the Boulevard. Here it is possible to have lunch
or dinner directly “on wheels”.
But the main attraction in Chistie Prudy , is Chistoprudnyy Boulevard –
one of the longest avenues of central Moscow. This boulevard is home to
the monument to the author A. S. Griboedov. Chistie Prudy is also home
to the Archangel Gabriel Church and St. Basils Church.

| The region where the apartment is situated Chistye Prudi is widely known for its picturesque places, beautiful parks and incredible nature although it is situated in the center of Moscow. This is why we advise you to first have a walk along Chistoprudny Blvd. The area is perfect for history lovers and contains many ancient churches as well as quite a number of museums including the Memorial Museum-Flat of Vasnezov, the Museum of Graphics and the Museum-Flat of Chapligin. The area is also filled with restaurants, cafes, bars, and night clubs. |

Arriving in Russia
To avoid having problems when you arrive or being overcharged by unknown drivers, we highly suggest using our airport and train station transfer service. Russian airport and station taxis are unregulated and the drivers ask for rates as high as 50 EURO or more to take newly arrived guests to the city center. Our drivers are polite and drive safely and we offer very good, competitive rates. Our driver will meet you at your arrival point with a signboard and take you directly to your hotel or apartment.
