Overview
Budapest Central Suites are comfortable serviced apartments for tourists or business people coming to Budapest for short or even longer stays. The Suites are located directly in the historical center of Budapest, less than a 10 minute walk from famous Vaci street, Andrassy Avenue, the Hungarian National Museum, St. Stephen’s Basilica and the Dohany Synagogue (Europe’s largest).
Visitors cannot find a more central location with all major transportation hubs only a few minute’s walk away. The Suites are situated only a 5 minute walk from the Kálvin tér metro station on the M3 Blueline and an 8 minute walk from the Astoria metro station on the M2 Redline. They are also only a 10 minute walk from the Deák tér station on the M3 Blueline.
The Suites are brand new having just opened their doors in September 2008. Each unit has a modern design and is painted, decorated and furnished tastefully to ensure that our guests have a pleasant and relaxing stay. The ceilings are high and the colors of the rooms are light giving our guests a feeling of space and calm which is always good after a long day of sightseeing or work. The windows and rooms are also sound proof making the Suites quiet and relaxing. Each studio has twin or double beds and a chair-bed in order to accommodate a third guest. All units are equipped with satellite television, air conditioning, telephone and free high speed Internet access and a work area. The baths in the Suites are extremely comfortable and feature a Jacuzzi with water massage. Every unit also has its own, fully equipped kitchen with everything our guests need to prepare their own meals. This is especially convenient for families traveling together or for business people who would like a more personal and private experience vs. a typical hotel.
The Suites come with daily maid service and daily breakfast. An English speaking concierge is also at our guests’ disposal. She is only a telephone call away and is on hand 24 hours to answer any questions our guests may have or to solve any problems or inconveniences. To ensure our guests´ comfort, at arrival we will provide free transport by car from our main reception to the hotel annex – only 3 minutes away.

Directions
At the newspaper kiosk behind the airport shuttle desk in the lobby, you can buy transportation tickets for the bus, metro, and tram. Purchase two tickets or a book of 10 tickets. You can also buy tickets from the driver if you have small bills (not over 1,000 HUF). Exit the airport and turn left. At the end of the terminal, there is a bus stop.
Take bus 200 to the very end of the line to the Blue Metro station at Kobanya-Kispest. You will see an escalator going into the building.
At the top of the escalator, walk halfway through the building and you will see the entrance to the Metro on the left. You can take any train that is there, since this is the beginning / end of the line.
Do not forget to validate your ticket before you enter the metro area in the red or orange validation boxes: one for the bus, one for the blue metro line. Do not validate your tickets all at one time, but each time you change lines.
Get off at Kalvin ter. At the top of the escalator turn right and then right again. Find the exit showing Múzeum körút - 9 Kobanya Kispest fele - 112 Buda fele. From the top of the steps we are in 50m, next to the restaurant. This is our main building Budapest Museum Central. Here you can receive your keys and check in. Free transportation is provided from this point to Budapest Central Suites however it is only a 4 minute walk.
To get to the Suites, turn to the left after leaving our main building - where you checked-in - and go along Múzeum körút 200 meters. Cross the road at the first possibility to reach Brody Sandor street. After 200 meters turn left again onto Puskin street. In 50 meters you already reached our block under the number 20. You will see a newly painted, brown entrance to the 19th-century-building. A golden sign shows that you arrived to Budapest Central Suites. You can open the door with the key received at the 24-hour reception in our main block. Go along the corridor until you reach the courtyard. In the right hand corner you will find another sign to show the exact direction. The entrance door has a special security lock, what you can open putting your key vertically into it. Please note, that due to security reasons, the building is closed all day, so you have to take care not to forget or lose your keys.

The Suites are located directly in the heart of the historical city center, within walking distance of the city’s administrative, business and cultural districts as well as the famous shopping area of Váci Street. The suites are also within a few minute’s walk of the majority of Budapest’s main cultural attractions; the Hungarian National Museum, the Dohany Synagogue (Europe’s largest) and St. Stephen’s Basilica – Budapest’s most famous Cathedral. Andrassy Avenue Budapest’s most elegant street is also only a 12 minute walk from the units.
Major public transportation hubs are also close by.
