Recently renovated this tow bedroom (currently set up as one bedroom and the lounge) apartment is close to public transport, Ural State Technical University and city center. It is situated across the road from "Sovremennik" shopping centre in a quiet residential area, yet close to city center. |

| The Lounge has a double seater, russian wool carpet on the floor, German cupboard and wooden doors.
The bathroom has a shower over bath, the sink and is fitted with modern italian-made washing machine.
The WC is separate.
The Bedroom has two single beds pushed together (can be separated), nice rug on the floor, dressing table.
Separate dine-in kitchen is basic, but has all the nessesary features. Gas oven, table and chairs, refrigerator.
The apartments is on the 2nd floor of an apartment block, has a secure metal door and is very nice and cozy.
The apartment has a direct dial telephone and it is certainly a lot more convenient, comfortable and offers better value for money than any Ekaterinburg hotel.
