This luxury apartment is located in the liveliest place in Moscow - New Arbat Street. Twenty one floors above the city center, you are not only getting the best view in town but also the warm luxury of our Arbat Executive Suite. Everything in the apartment is new: we've just recently remodeled and refurbished it.
Arbat Executive Suite can easily host a family of five or two couples traveling together. A huge living room serves as family room, office, or even as a second bedroom when the super-size comfortable sofa pulls out to accommodate 2 or 3 people. You can watch TV, relax in a huge armchair or a sofa, or work on your laptop. This room offers an unlimited free access to hi-speed Internet. It also features a desk and an executive leather chair – so that you can work in comfort.
A bedroom, just like the rest of the apartment, is decorated in warm colors. The apartment’s design is a fusion of classic and modern styles – it offers home-like comfort, yet, it is furnished with the expensive furniture and high-end appliances creating an "executive" touch throughout. The room features queen-size bed, large wardrobe chest, TV, and night stands. A separate air-conditioner in each room provides cooling comfort during the hot summer days.
Our new bathroom features a hydro-massage steam shower. A stylish square sink and plenty of shelf space also add convenience during your stay at this apartment.
A kitchen has a lot of light and all new appliances – built-in refrigerator, microwave oven, ceramic stove and washing machine. A dining table can accommodate four people.

Arbatskaya/Borovickaya area of Central Moscow
The Arbat area in Moscow truly symbolizes the history of this great city, but it is also a symbol of modern Moscow. The area is situated between the Old Arbat, where every stone and every building has great historical ties reaching back as far as 500 years, and the New Arbat which is one of the most recently built streets in Moscow. On the Old Arbat you will find street performers, artists who are offering original canvas, creative souvenirs and Russian gifts. This enchanting pedestrian street also possesses a striking selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. On the lively New Arbat you will discover casinos, restaurants, bars, discos, night clubs and much more.
Smolenskaya area of Central Moscow
This apartment is located in a very well-known area of Moscow called Smolenskaya. The area is home to Old Arbat which leads to the Kremlin. Old Arbat is a pedestrian street full of small shops, cafes, theaters and home to a well known, high quality souvenir market. The area is also right on the Ring Road - Sadovaya street. Both sides of the street are full of businesses and restaurants including Impex Bank, the Golden Ring Hotel, El Patio pizza, Planet of Sushi, different coffee shops McCafe, Coffee House and more. Smolenskaya also is right by Kutuzovsky Prospect, one of Moscow´s most famous thoroughfares. This area is situated just west of the Kremlin. Red Square is within walking distance. When walking towards the Kremlin, you will pass many ancient monuments, theatres and other culturally interesting spots.
