Overview
This stylish, business five-star hotel is set in the heart of St Petersburg´s St Isaac´s Square and under the management of Rocco Forte Hotels, and has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, with the expert eye of the designer Olga Polizzi, and now provides 193 beautifully designed bedrooms, including five luxury suites.
Directions
As you exit the Pulkovo-2 terminal you will see a bus stop near the Arrival hall. You can either take bus N13 or one of the minibuses: N3, N13, or N113. They all go to Moskovskaya metro station. Take the metro to the Nevsky Prospect metro station. Go up and you will be on Nevsky Prospect. Cross the road, go past Kazan Cathedral. Keep on going until you see a large Arch that leads onto Palace Square. Turn left onto Bolshaya Morskaya street. Walk further for 5 minutes until St. Isaac squar. Turn right and go until you see the sign that reads Angleterre hotel. The destination point is reached. You´re right in the city center!

Davidov:
Davidov, a fashionable Russian restaurant, has an excellent reputation. Davidov offers an array of exciting Russian cuisine accompanied by a wide range of fine wines. Overlooking St Isaac´s Square, the restaurant is divided by flowing linen and crystal chandeliers, which illuminate the distinctive local Lomonosov porcelain. If you would prefer a lighter snack, or would simply like to savour the best caviar in Russia, there is also a very good vodka and caviar bar in Davidov, where even the most faint-hearted will find it hard to resist sampling Russia´s traditional fare.

Arriving in Russia
